PP-GF30-0453 P10/10-XH
Forever
According to ISO 1043-1, the material code is PP Polypropylene reinforced with 30% long glass fibers. It has low emission properties and the fibers are chemically bonded to the polypropylene matrix. The pellets are cylindrical and typically have embedded fibers that are 10mm in length. CELSTRAN, when molded, exhibits exceptional mechanical properties including high strength, stiffness, and heat deflection. The presence of the fiber skeleton enhances the notched impact strength at both high and low temperatures. Additionally, the long fiber reinforcement significantly reduces creep and the molded parts have very isotropic shrinkage, minimizing warpage. Complex parts can be consistently manufactured using injection molding. Common application field includes functional and structural parts for the automotive industry.
