PP-GF30-0403 P10-XH
Forever
PP-GF30-0403 P10 grade of polypropylene is reinforced with 30% long glass fibers, which are chemically bonded to the polypropylene matrix. The cylindrical pellets, along with the 10mm long embedded fibers, ensure consistent quality. Parts made from CELSTRAN exhibit exceptional mechanical properties, including high strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. The presence of the fiber skeleton enhances notched impact strength at both high and low temperatures, while also significantly reducing creep. Additionally, the molded parts demonstrate very even shrinkage, minimizing warping. Complex parts can be reliably manufactured through injection molding. This grade of polypropylene is ideal for functional and structural components in automotive applications.
